The delivery process

From first look to live site — seven steps.

NavTech Studio follows a fixed delivery sequence. No surprises about what's included, what you need to provide, or when work begins.

The delivery sequence

Every Studio engagement follows this sequence. Steps 1–3 are exploratory and involve no commitment.

01

Explore a preview

No commitment

Browse industry examples and choose a starting style that fits your business. The preview shows a representative layout — not a commitment to a specific deliverable.

02

Configure your package

No commitment

Select Launch, Showcase, or Connect. Add optional extras that match your readiness. The builder summarizes your selection for review.

03

Submit for review

No commitment

NavTech receives your configuration, reviews product fit, and confirms whether your business and content readiness match the selected scope.

04

Confirm scope and commercial terms

NavTech sends a written scope confirmation with exact pricing, deliverables, and the required acceptance process. Delivery does not begin until terms are accepted.

05

Provide content and assets

You supply the content, logo, photos, and domain access required by your scope. NavTech confirms readiness before starting the build.

06

Review the delivery preview

NavTech builds your Studio and shares a localhost or Vercel preview for your review. Visual approval is required before anything goes live.

07

Approve release and begin agreed Care

You approve the preview. NavTech handles the DNS transition, SSL setup, and form delivery verification. Annual Care begins after confirmed launch.

Preview vs. approved deliverable

Exploratory preview

Studio Styles on navtechstudio.com

Shows representative layouts with demonstration content. Establishes visual direction — not a commitment to a specific feature set or an unrestricted custom design. Some previews show optional features not included in the base package.

Approved deliverable

Built from written scope

Built using your supplied content within the accepted scope. Your selected package, approved extras, and scope confirmation determine what is delivered — not an unrestricted interpretation of the preview.

What you need to provide

NavTech handles the build, hosting, DNS, and launch. You provide the business inputs that only you can supply.

Before the build starts

  • Business name, services, and contact details
  • Page copy for each included page (or purchase Content Preparation)
  • Logo in a usable file format
  • Photos for hero, services, and gallery if applicable
  • Domain credentials for DNS connection

During preview review

  • Specific, scope-compliant feedback on the preview
  • Written approval to proceed to release

What pauses delivery

NavTech cannot build to spec without the required inputs. The following conditions put an engagement on hold until resolved.

  • Content or assets not received
  • Domain access not provided
  • Requested changes outside approved scope
  • Required acceptance not completed
  • Unresolved scope ambiguity before build starts

Annual Care begins at launch

Annual Studio Care includes defined infrastructure sustainment: hosting environment, SSL renewal, dependency maintenance, and performance monitoring. Content updates and new pages are scoped separately.

Content updates, new pages, and additional extras are scoped separately. Reaching out to NavTech is the correct path for any post-launch change — not a direct edit request.
